Initially, the Club met and had its lockers in an outhouse at Low Mill Farm, opposite the present Clubhouse. The Clubhouse, which was a First World War Nissen hut, was restricted to use by guests of the Sutherland family, owners of the Course The members of the Club were only allowed to use the Clubhouse after 1952.
